Brief and problem statement
Pharmathek needed to modernize the new interface and user experience of the application dedicated to their robotic warehouse systems investing in new touch digital screens & innovation transformation.
Goals and requirements
The company’s goal was to reorganize the graphics elements in a more functional way and proposing a minimal and modern graphic design to simplify interactions.
The project
Following the analysis of the project brief and the design materials, the main values of the interface have been identified, on the basis of which the set layout allows their transmission, as well as a simple and efficient ux.
First of all we examined the material provided and the screens of the graphic interface available. After understanding the interactions and functionality in more detail, we started to make design choices. For each screen we evaluated the placement of existing elements and created new components for the best interaction on a 24″ touchscreen monitor.
The main values
Customization
This value is identified in the possibility of managing the organization and the size of the elements according to how each user considers them more suitable for himself.
Efficiency
The efficiency of the information architecture and to a simple and intuitive layout, in which both colors and graphic elements have been specifically designed to guide the user through an immediate navigation of the interface.
Innovation
With the addition of new commands to support the browsing experience the user can move in a completely flexible layout. Through the touchscreen interactions has been possible to eliminate the keyboard and mouse.
