Evaluation of the user experience during a purchase process or a simple navigation in the online shop of Nespresso.

This case study has been designed following the principles of design thinking with the result of finding an innovative solution to improve sales of capsules in a simple and fast way. About the user interface has been studied some useful and intuitive way for improving the experience of the customers during the purchase journey.
Note: For privacy no graphical interfaces will be showed, even though elements for a user interface project have been thoughts and designed during the study. The only graphical interface available is the Voice User Interface.
